The POV-Ray Include Files Page has been updated:

The updated version of the Compressed Mesh macro file is now available,
with new features including Mesh Morphing and Hair Growth.

The City Generator include file has been released, allowing you to build
towns, villages, and cities complete with street-lamps, traffic, and
multi-storey buildings.

I've also updated the site design a little, and added higher quality AVI
renderings of the sample animations.
